Results and Photos
Since 2021, Reading Triathlon are proud and grateful to be partnering with a number of volunteer race photographers, who give up their time to create lasting memories that are FREE for all to download, including the ability to request high resolution images. Simon Light, Duncan Rounding, Nicole Rounding and Nora Holford have produced top quality images over the years and we really appreciate all they do.
Please click on the links below to view previous years’ photos and results; the 2025 photos will be available in the week following the race (it’s a lot of work to get them all sorted and uploaded, and we stress again – these guys are volunteers!)
You will be able to print out your times on race day and full results will be available to download (link will appear, including for live timing, nearer the time) within 24 hours of the race.
A note on how we allocate prizes & results
Full results are published (and this includes on your print out) according to your BTF age group – these are 5 year age-group bands, according to your age on 31st December of the year of the race (e.g. 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, etc).
Because we are a relatively small race, we may often have only a handful of participants in certain age groups, particularly those at the upper and lower ends of the range. For this reason we are unable to provide certificates or trophies for every single age group. Instead, we will be awarding prizes for:
Female and Open overall winners for each of Standard Distance, Sprint, Aquathlon & Aquabike
Overall winners for Sprint Relay
Female and Open “Age Group winners” for each of Standard, Sprint, Aquathlon & Aquabike, in the following bands: Under 40, Age group 40 – 49, and 50+
This means that your results print-out might indicate you won your BTF age group but you may not win the Age Group band as outlined above (because e.g. 50+ includes 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, etc.). We know this isn’t ideal, but it’s the only way we’re able to plan prizes in advance.
NOTE:
We award Age Group winning certificates on a “roll-down” principle, so if you are an Overall winner you will not also receive an Age Group winner certificate; this will be rolled down to the next finisher in that age group according to the bands outlined above. We like as many people as possible to get a chance to stand on the podium!
